Workshop Content Development

Most providers have brilliant delivery staff who are stretched too thin to also be writing workshops from scratch. So workshops get recycled. Activities get reused because they're familiar, not because they're effective.

Learner Success
Expert eyes on every submission. Live skills before every assessment.
Apprentices lose marks at EPA on the skills that often get taught but don't always land: writing up evidence, referencing, presenting to an independent assessor, holding their own in a professional discussion. Only 32% feel prepared. We close that gap two ways. We run live workshops that build the underlying skills, one at a time. We can also mark and coach every submission before the assessor sees it.
