You want to know what it costs before you commit. Good.
What do I get, what does it cost, and when is it finished? Fixed scope. Fixed price. Defined timeline.
Pick the model that fits.
We take it from here.
We take the brief, do the work, deliver the finished product.
We drive. You navigate.
We work alongside your team with the frameworks and the pace.
We set you up.
The right tools, templates, and thinking. Then we step back.
Five steps. No mysteries.
The Conversation
You tell us what's going on. The real version; not the polished-for-the-board version. Kim asks questions. Some of them will be uncomfortable. That's usually where the useful stuff lives.
The Scope
We define exactly what the work is. What's in, what's out, where it starts, where it ends. If it's not in the scope document, it's not in the project.
The Quote
You get a fixed price. Not a range. Not an estimate. Not 'it depends.' A number. You see it before any work begins; it doesn't change unless you change the brief.
The Build
We do the work. You get progress updates at agreed checkpoints — not silence for six weeks followed by a ta-da moment. If something needs adjusting, we catch it early.
The Handover
You get the finished product. Complete. Ready to use. We don't disappear; there's always a window for questions after delivery. But we also don't hang around inventing reasons to stay on the clock.
What it costs.
Education Services
Curriculum, content, and marking
Fewer than 10% of consultancies publish their pricing. We think that's weird. You know what a plumber costs before they turn up; why should consultancy be any different?
- Curriculum design: mapping, content structure, assessment strategy, finished document
- Workshop content: session plans, slides, handouts, activities
- Marking: developmental feedback aligned to EPA criteria
- Curriculum under 2 years From £5,500
- Curriculum over 2 years From £6,500
- Half-day workshop From £1,000
- Short session From £600
- Marking (hourly) £45/hr
- Marking (per submission) £38/piece
All prices exclude VAT. Payment terms and milestones agreed before work begins.
Strategy & Business Services
GTM, turnarounds, restructuring
These vary. A go-to-market strategy for a 5-person startup is a different job than an operational restructure for a 50-person training provider. We're not going to pretend otherwise.
What we will do: scope it, quote it, and confirm the price before we start. No day-rate drift. No invoice surprises.
- Fixed scope before any work begins
- Clear deliverables with defined handover
- Progress updates at agreed checkpoints
Want a ballpark before we get into it? Ask. We'll give you an honest range. If a project runs over because of something on our end, that's our problem; not yours.
You've read enough. Let's talk.
You know how we work. You know what it costs. Only thing left is the conversation.
